We are a local coffee shop based in Tottenham, looking for experienced baristas to join our team. We have some exciting projects this summer and so we need to grow our team.
We are looking for someone who:
is friendly and customer service focused
can produce coffees at a high standard
professional with time keeping and attendance
who is willing to attend ongoing training
We are a small team who are flexible and understanding that you will have a life outside of work, so we strive to accommodate everyone in a fair by flexible way. We do our rotas at least 4 weeks at a time, we expect staff to work either Sat or Sun rarely if ever both. On weekends we do breakfast before we open.
We are a local coffee shop who get to see the same friendly regulars daily, we get to know them, Thier kids and dogs.
We also have a coffee shop dog called Pesto who is great company on a walk after a busy morning.
If you are friendly with customers, you can pull a great shot and handle a que whilst keeping cool then you should definitely apply for a role at WM. With some exciting projects to come, its a great time to be on board with us.
