We’re looking for a tidy, efficient, and resilient Junior Production Assistant to join our close-knit team at Kiss the Hippo’s expanding roastery. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute to the creation of exceptional coffee.
What you’ll be doing:
● Prepping our delicious coffee for dispatch: This includes accurately labelling bags, bagging freshly roasted coffee, and meticulously packing online shop and wholesale orders.
● Maintaining a pristine workspace: Keeping our roastery clean and organised is crucial for efficiency and quality.
Who we’re looking for:
You’ll have a strong appetite for hard, repetitive graft and a desire to build a career in a roastery setting. We particularly value problem-solvers – individuals who can independently troubleshoot issues while also knowing when to collaborate for the best outcome.
Whilst not essential, a passion for coffee is a definite plus – we love converting people into coffee enthusiasts! This role involves coffee tastings and overseeing the roasting process.
Package Salary: £24,000/annum Free coffee
